For The First Time

I was at my grandparents house for Christmas again and I felt nothing upstairs this time but did feel something in the basement.

it started at the stairs, as soon as I step on the first stair, it put some symptoms on me, I felt vary drained of energy, and like every joint in my body was sore. these symptoms stayed with me for about 2 or 3 days, once gone, I started to interpret everything.

For the first time, I think I detected what the entity was, a spirit. I believe its not a negative entity, and it felt like it was waiting for one or both of my grandparents. I was unable to pick up on any details of this entity and I'm unsure if there is more then one entity there, if there is more, they are also waiting for them.

I was determent not to get overwhelmed by anything this time, I relaxed myself as much as possible, and it wasn't as bad as before. that said, I'm still glad we didn't stay over night at there place.

I'm glad things went better this trip for you!

I did a better job working with my spirit guide. like always, it loosened its grip on my abilities to make sure I was aware of the entities in my grandparents house, and after remembering some of the comments to posts I made here, was able to do a better job at adapting to the change in control. It still feels a bit odd when I'm given any control over my abilities.

I'm just glad that on normal day, my spirit guide fully controls my abilities and lets me live a life that makes feel like I don't even have them. I don't think I've ever seen them nor do I know their name but I'm thankful for all the work my guide dose for me.
