its ppl like this con artist that anger me and they are the ones that give individuals like myself and others a bad name who are legitimate it is one of the many reasons I keep to myself and don't interact there are too many charlatans out there taking advantage of innocent people

I hate these rip off fakers but how do you prove in court it is fake and prosecute. I doubt many people's paranormal experiences would be taken seriously by the law so we have to come up with something better, lol.

Sometimes it is easier to catch them doing something else illegal, and nail them for that.

These fake psychics are so prevalent that they are the cliche people expect. I've been around the real deal and at no point in time did they ever say things like "I'm getting a J. Who do you know with a J name? Or maybe a K name? I'm also getting Water. Who has a J or K name and Water?" But these are the people who get on TV so everyone just assumes that's how it's supposed to work.

Yeah, these types remind me of the snake oil salesman that used to try to sell it off as a cure all they prey on weak they prey on their pain and desperation and they know that the victim is in too much pain and desperate to get results that they remain unsuspecting to the victim its why so many get away with it. These charlatans are also one of the reasons as well that the Paranormal/Meta isn't taken as seriously it doesn't help Ya get all these fake shows on tv and their ilk sigh I guess w/e sells for a quick buck I wonder how they would react if they actually encountered something.

i wonder if these people started out with abilities but for whatever reason took the path they are now on. they must have had some type of interaction with psychics or the occult to get to where they are. but somewhere along the way went astray. either by who taught them or just by thinking they could "do it on their own". this is one of the reasons im such a stickler for proper training and not the shortcut, quick fix way of the modern new age movement. you cant rush the universe.
