I look forward to listening to this, I have worked with Paul Dean before. He's Oz's answer to John Greenwald and has done some great FOIA work. I tried to help him locate a USN officer who made a report of a UFO over a joint Aussie/US base. Unfortunately I wasn't able to locate the guy, his last name was too common and as I recall we didn't have a first name, just initials.theozfiles: The UFOs of OZ with Brett Moffatt

Apart from seeing the odd UFO myself over the years here at a great distance my grandad and great uncle had a close encounter that was about 20 to 30 feet away from them back in the late 50's early 60's. They were serious men and wouldn't speak of it much. They were walking along a street in Sydney's inner west and a flying saucer hovered above them for a short time then took off at light speed. I still remember as a kid the fear in their eyes when they mentioned it.
