The requirements for that position are quite lengthy! Loooong application process. Self defense course a must! Also, dog walking required.

Yes in the morning you take a call from Al Pacino and by lunch you are yelling at a deaf senior to "stop letting your chihuahua pee near the mailbox area"...or you are sitting in your car all night with aluminun foil on all your windows waiting for a homeless guy to ride his bike around the Park and steal garden ornaments. Or chasing the newsboy down a canal bank at 5am because you thought he was casing the Park and then Roman Polanski calls. Livin on both ends of the candlestick. If I wasn't schizophrenic, it might be difficult to manage.
p.s My Hollywood escapades are often funnier in my rear view mirror.

I would have liked to have had Christiana Amanpour's job, reporting from the front line or been a social anthropologist living with the indigenous folk in the rain forest ,mountains or desert. For about 5 minutes i thought about acting but it's too tough on the nervous system,much tougher than my previous possible career choices.

I tried on many hats on my way through the medical field. Actually, medicine was not my first choice of careers! Back in that time, women were just starting to tap on the glass to many jobs not seen as female friendly. I wanted to write, be a reporter, AND also be in the spiritual guidance field. I guess I finally fell head first into that career when I came here.

Ì liked being a greenkeeper for many years and then a gardener. Money has never been a drive, as long as I have a roof over my head and food to eat. If I lived in years past I would have loved to be a rat catcher in England with a team of terriers. I do a similar job now helping farmers with vermin control, so I'm sort of living the dream, lol.
