Getting to know you....

And I am looking forward to your above normal accounts ozenity!

That handle has two origins for me picking it. Dad got malaria in WW II Morocco, Africa and according to Mum's obstetrician my chances of being born were low to none! The Kidd part relates to my family's direct kin to a land locked pirate abusing the early 1600's English Crown's laws. Since the vast, cold Atlantic Ocean exempted the Massachusetts Bay Colony's first Governor John Endicott's dirty deeds in 1628. Gov. John illegally coined copper money and bull whipped to shreds the red cross from the flag of England's Saint George's Cross! :pagecurl::seenoevil:

I appreciate your hearty welcome ozenity! ;)

John's Pilgrims were being raided by the Pequot Indian tribe. So as sad as it was he started the first, but brief one attack war on our Native Americans. It was our war that lasted over 200 years.

Here is his detailed Wikipedia bio........

PS - The flag of England is derived from Saint George's Cross. The association of the red cross as an emblem of England can be traced back to the Late Middle Ages, and it was increasingly used alongside the Royal Banner in the wake of the English Reformation, especially as a maritime flag. It was used as a component in the design of the Union Jack in 1606.

Hiya Malaria! Got to love someone that put some time and effort into a screen name.
We have something in common from North Africa during World War II. My great uncle Dean died during the landing at Algiers at the hands of the Vichy French.

Anyway I'm very glad you were born normal !

Hello all and to Debi for sure! The little bell at the top right showed a red ball with a 1 in it and I made it here to say thanks! I'll be back following all rules and regs for sure! I will ask questions in a PM before posting what I like to call "never in any news paranormal" items. Yep most are mine and all of us here have kinship in that department. Some tell their true accounts and some don't say a word in public. MK IV Cody

Hello All! Love reading through a lot of the about me's on this page, lots of very interesting people from a wide range of backgrounds. I'm a 27 year old recording engineer that has been very fascinated with the paranormal from an early age. I grew up in New England where there were endless old eerie places that fascinated me and my friends growing up. I always felt a very deep and sensitive connection with some of these areas and knew there was more to what I was feeling that just being afraid.

I've been diving deep down a few avenues of specifically audio phenomena and have been doing a lot of research into some of the incredible people that went down this path in the 20th century. I have some ideas to replicate some of these voice phenomena experiments and want to keep it completely open source and transparent for the sake of progressing the field of paranormal audio research.

Im really excited to start some discussions on some of these ideas and hear what you all have to think about it.

Thanks for having me!

I'll start to break the ice. I'm Debi, owner and admin here at the PNF. I'm married with 3 grown boys and raising my great nephew who we call Mr. 17. I have 5 dogs (2 belong to Mr. 17 who came with them), one very old cranky cat, and live in the middle of nowhere south of Indianapolis. Throw in a sprinkling of grandchildren and a life long pursuit of paranormal knowledge, and you've got the basics. I cannot function without coffee, need a dose of chocolate daily (it's medicinal, say I), have a love of reality TV, retired professional from the health care field, and am the non- techie one of the team here.

I'm known as Debi, Owl, Bird, Ma Bird, or any combination of those here on the forum. I answer to hey you lady if needed! lol
Debi, you are probably known also, as kind hearted and a warm soul. You are an amazing woman. Thank you for all you do. Sincerely,
Traci-Rene’e
