Paranormal TV

When I was a child, we all watched Outer Limits and The Twilight Zone. Later, I watched "One Step Beyond" which was based upon true stories. Then I got interested in Unsolved Mysteries, and In Search Of. I am enjoying The Holzer Files now.

I am watching Holzer right now gs. Ancient Evil and the story of the Mystery Hill in New Hampshire where they sacrificed people (maybe) 3600 years ago . Wolter stated he believes its a Phonecian temple where they watched the stars but threw in a sacrifice or thousand for their evil intentions.Where did these people go? Did the tribes in the area absorb them or just do away with them? No one knows.

Unsolved Mysteries Ghost series were the earliest ones I can remember, and hands down still some of the best to this day. Well rehearsed, re-enacted. Years later as an adult, I bought A Haunting in Connecticut/Georgia and both documentaries are equally creepy and extremely well put together. Worth a watch if you haven't seen them yet.

In addition to the shows already mentioned, "Sightings" was a popular "reality" type show that dealt with all sorts of paranormal subjects. It ran on Fox in the 1990s and later in syndication on other networks. It was hosted by Tim White. You can find episodes on YouTube.

Another, similar Fox show in the 90's was "Encounters: The Hidden Truth"

Hey Crux, welcome back! I've missed your posts, always enjoyed reading your take on things.

I'd forgotten about "Sightings," don't remember "Encounters." Do you remember the "Scariest Places on Earth" program I mentioned?

Hi Keongxi, I guess they knew how to build pretty good size ocean going boats. I guess if Noah could survive the flood maybe boats were built to do certain things. The way I look at it is they could build all those great stone monuments and cities around the world maybe they did things we dont inderstand or had spiritual powers that guided them.
