Food Debate at my house

I always make enough for two days. Day 1 will be A, Day 2 shall be B! Both sides get their "day"...lol
Reading down our posts are the same lol

Both.
Presentation is important but sometimes you just have to eat with a lot of velocity.

Well, here's another point. For visual appeal, it looks more appetizing when you see a plate of pasta with a nice, contrasting splash of red sauce. When it is mixed together, it looks unappetizing. Of course with leftovers, some people find it convenient to just stir it together and zap it in the microwave.
There is a reason to this GarnetSilver!
1. less Tupperware in fridge if put in same bowl.
2. It still gets eaten... lol.

Long story, but yesterday I was gifted with 10 pounds of frozen meatballs. Anyone with meal ideas for meatballs, speak up!
Hey Debi, if you still have those meatballs thawing, consider soup.

Last night had a very loosely related Italian Wedding soup...no recipe winging it:
Chicken stock.
Thawed meatballs cut in half (bigger ones were quartered).
Macaroni.
Frozen carrots - the crinkle cut kind but whatever veggies you have.
Baby spinach.
Italian seasoning.

it wasn’t the best meal but it uses up a bunch of leftover ingredients. It would have been better with a fistful of grated cheez. Another thing which would have zinged it up is a few tablespoons of pesto; I even have that in the pantry and didn’t think to add it until just now.
