My son will be mowing the leaves later this week. Lawn is pretty much done in from the dry weather, but he will chop up those leaves.
I'm making crock pot stroganoff for tonight. Over noodles, with a side of veggie from the steamer. Easy cooking day but yummy and hearty.
I'm going to stay online for about 20 minutes and then head out. anything else new around the Old Homestead?
I went to Sam's Club yesterday for my eyeglasses appointment. it's kind of cool dealing with the same people for 10 years.
I got essentially everything I wanted and stayed under budget.

Paint, we are so locked down here at my place I can only report on the dog antics or the hub's westerns! lol I haven't left the building since January, since I'm a bit boring. Got the furnace fixed and a new washer for my usual October appliance failures, and got my car tags ordered. Otherwise, we have had a lot of motorcycle traffic go by on the annual treks to Brown County, and we had a lot of helos in the air from Atterbury yesterday. Report complete! lol

Have to live life despite the circumstances, me dear. My biggest deal right now is finding a window birdfeeder for my bedroom window. I'm searching online for one that will work. I miss my birds and my son said he'd fill it for me when needed. Early Xmas present to self if I can find the right one.

I have a feeder hanging from my Big Pine outside of the big front window. And a couple of bird houses.
The Bears are on Fox. They are 4 - 1 but could just have easily lost all of those games.
So the jury is still out.
Historically they win 6 games or eight games or on a good year 10 games.
