Hopefully… She had cancer unexpectedly a few years ago and it spread rapidly throughout her midsection so we had to put her down. I’ve learned online that negative spirits can cause illnesses out of the blue to you or your loved ones so that’s why I’m wondering if she’s okay now.

I have read something similar, but I wouldn't worry about her. She is definitely okay now, and I like to think even stronger than when she was confined to her earthly body.

LG, all animals are blessed with innocent spirits. There is no suffering for them once they cross what is known as The Rainbow Bridge. Sometimes they visit, but they are free from all pain and suffering.

Yeah, we got a paper with The Rainbow Bridge poem and I have a virtual shrine for her on A forum that’s rainbow bridge themed but I always thought that it was something made up.

It's simply a reference to the fact that all animals are able to be accepted to the next level of life beyond this one.
