Hello all. I had a wonderful lunch with a friend today. I think I had the best burger ever. It had cooked apples on it. It was a restaurant at a local apple orchard. So we sat on the patio with a sangria and a burger. Life was ok for a while. I am greatful and I found a new place to eat!
We've made it to the weekend. May all of you RELAX a bit the next two days! Everybody take some deep breaths and ground a bit.
That's just what you needed today! Glad you had the time, friendship and the good food. Never heard of an apple on a burger.

I have never heard of apples on a burger either. I just said “I’ll have the burger”. I thought it was onions. I told my friend that it tasted sweet and she said “it’s the apples “. Well I had a totally new experience. It was delishious.
We tried something new tonight. First, DON'T bother trying these but we got microwave bacon cheeseburgers on a sesame bun. Nope...nope....nope. Not worth it. We just thought for a fast cook supper it might work. Bleck!
I must admit that does not sound good. The problem is the bread and meat can’t take the same amount of heat. If the meats warm the bread is soggy

Actually, that wasn't a big issue with these, it was the taste of the burger. The bread worked out well. It was in the frozen meal section and I've been trying some of the things there. The meal was saved by the fries and jalapeno poppers. lol
