We need a “double like” feature. Can’t show enough love for this Debi-tory (Debi + History).We had an old station wagon...with the wood panels...that I remember from an early age. I also remember riding in the back, no seat belts, and even making a bed back there when we went on vacation. My dad loved that dang thing. I also recall the back often smelled like his fishing equipment. But we drove that thing for a very long time! It eventually became his go to work car, but as I kid it was an adventure to go anywhere in it.
That's the exact model my family owned ,it was two toned brown,I used to call it the bat mobile because of the body shape.View attachment 24997 1961 Ford Fairlane, almost identical to this one. It was the first new car my parents ever bought.
