Current status on Lily is we’re searching day and night. We got a call from an organization last night near to 9:30PM regarding a confident sighting of her (she was described as “looking pregnant”...that’s my Lily Hound) in a field behind a nearby church. But at that time it was raining, thundering, and we were under a tornado warning.

So we geared up and waited for the the local news to remove the tornado warning; drove to the church and then we sat in the car, in the rain and lightning, for two hours hoping for a sighting of our own. Another tornado warning came and ended while we were out. While sitting there I pointed out to my GF where one of the vacant church’s doors flew open and I’d wondered if The Holy Spirit was coming to shoo us away or offer some help searching; however, I never saw The Spirit though.

We were back out to the same location at 6:30 this morning.

We are home now to eat and shower then going back out shortly.

I somehow missed this. I am so sorry Wands. I will pray now for her safe return. Keep us posted. When one of us hurts we all feel the pain. I join in the group intention for her to be found.

Will all that you are doing, WandS, and prayers, and great suggestions from PNF members; I am confident that Lily will return home soon. I like the GPS collar idea for future use. Lily will be home soon and very grateful to see you, WandS.

Yep, already have my Google search resulted primed for the GPS purchase 7. Thx for helping me to keep my chin up.

I am anguished to tell you that we found Lily dead this morning. Thanks you for all of your selfless love, prayers, and care in the past week. I will be offline for awhile.
