Interesting video.
Bit different from the earlier ones in good weather.
Could be a hoax, but in the comments other people have heard it from different areas during strange storms.

Also could be tied to the Native American belief in the Thunderbird.

I have no idea, the only thing I could think of is a portal ?
 
One of the other suggestions out there, and there seems to be a little science that might go with it, is the sound is actually coming from deep within the earth as the core slows down and is also responding to the weakening magnetic field of the earth.

That's an explanation the Texas A&M atmospheric science folks could comment on.

Well, there is a change in the inner core...that is now confirmed. And there is a lessening of the magnetic field...that is confirmed. And they do interact on each other. That's about as far as I go on the science part of it but I just read about it recently.

I’ve heard this prediction for years. It’s like the earths reset button. Perhaps the ancients built the pyramids as proof there was prior advanced people, knowing they would be all that was left.
