THINGS CHANGE WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN. THE NIGHT....THINGS ARE DIFFERENT IN THE NIGHT. THE ENERGY CHANGES. YOU CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.

BESIDES THE DARK, WHAT DO YOU FEEL CHANGES? AND WHY?

The dark I think, still holds dangers and we feel to need to gather the family for safety reasons(mostly an instinct from our distant ancestors),but still holds true.If people go out it's usually to a well lit area. The old saying "its time for bed to give the rogues a chance" I feel still is relevant.I feel all you senses are heightened,so your experiences are more intense

I too love the sounds of the night - yes, even the cicadas. But I’m not particularly a fan of the sounds of stalking, hunting beasties or their prey (like bobcats and rabbits).

I like getting up in the early morning darkness and finding a toad sitting on my porch.

On the backend of the night, at dawn, the temperature in Central Florida changes dramatically in 30 minutes as the rising sun burns off any lingering nighttime clouds. So the heat escapes from the surface and cooler air sweeps in. The temperatures at that time can drop 5+ degrees in 30 minutes.

I love the night, more so in rural or forest, swamp areas....nature comes alive at night, the sounds and wildlife are more active, even the desert where you think there is nothing will come to life at night. but the deep south swamps and forests are amazing after dark. so many sounds and vocalizations. without the noise and light pollution and background static of the city, sound carries and becomes the focal point of the darkness... in some way, you become more alive, more focused, you lay aside the hustle and bustle of a mundane routine that has become more habit than anything. you realize that the everyday routine is whats programmed into you and that you are not truly living..... who needs a TV in every room, a nice car, the next big flavor of the month... the keeping up with the joneses...... the night reminds me of the silliness of what we have become. reminds me that I have become a product of advertising, of fashion, of all that is empty, and that I have been living my days sleepwalking, I could do this with my eyes closed..... but in the darkness, I have to see, I have to awaken and become alive again.....it is only then I am truly alive.
Boy, I think that went off topic a little, sorry......lol

I like the night, have always been a night person even as a child! Of course that made getting up for school hard, but my senses seem to heighten and then there of course those things that go "bump." I love when the moon is full and the sky is clear, and yes, I love the sounds of frogs and crickets.

Actually, Paul, that's exactly the topic I was going for.

I'm going to add another observation about the night. The "energy" changes in a way that allows for easier "receiving/sending" at night. Why? I have a guess. All those thousands of other minds are sleeping.....the information in the air is like night time at the airport....not much moving. The hustle bustle of everyday chaos and thoughts is hushed, and those who are open to energy from the Source appear to be able to work better without the "traffic" of those other thought forms floating around.
