I'm new here, but not new to paranormal experiences..

Chloe, the one major piece of advice I'm gonna give you tonight is to take EVERYTHING that psychic said and throw it out the nearest window.
That sounds like REALLY good advice, because she's been haunting the back of my mind for almost a year now.
I'm not sure of their meaning or purpose,I had these when really young and had thought they were my imagination. When I was about 25 I went with a girl who had experienced them also as a child, exactly as I had.We both saw them when our parents seperated.
Huh, weird coincidence. Even my parents are separated.
Hi Chloe-
You mentioned "your studies" in an earlier post. Would you mind telling us what you are studying and at what level?
I'm a late life biochem major, second year, focusing towards premed. Hoping to become a doctor someday.

What do you believe and what don't you believe when reality itself seems to like flaking out on you and breaking all the rules about what is supposed to happen.

All you can do is listen to your instincts and trust yourself to know the truth when you hear and see it. So many of us reach this stage of questioning and then throw ourselves headlong into the first logical belief structure that comes along. It's how cults thrive, actually. Talk to anyone who has joined a movement that turned out to be a cult and they'll tell you they were questioning themselves and trying to find answers, and then along came a charismatic leader who seemed to have all the answers.

The other thing that can happen is that prophecy of others can become self-fulfilling. If a psychic tells you that you have a curse and they're the only ones who can save you, and you actually BELIEVE that you have a curse, then it really doesn't matter if the curse was ever actually real or not, what matters is that you believe that it's real.
Truthfully, though, I think your psychic was probably a money-grubbing drama queen who invents curses to get clients to pay her to remove the curse.

The best thing you can do is trust your gut. If you think something sounds or feels right, it probably is. You can also ask your higher power for signs of whether or not you're on the right path for you. But listen to your own higher power, and your own internal instincts, not external forces. Even us! :)

Well said.
Here is a picture of my kitten. Little Joe:). He is going to be Shoeless Joe when he gets a little bit of size on him.

Chloe, when Debi says stuff, you can take that to the bank.
Good luck with your studies.:) it's pretty cool to have a future doctor on board.:D. In the for what it's worth Department' my Mom is psychic and can read auras. She was a fallen-away Catholic. But she re- found God at the other end of a microscope:p. Masters in biology. She set up a nursing school for The Franciscans. So I'm pretty proud of my Mom!

Being an open doctor would be pretty amazing,we could do with one in Oz here.
Haha, yeah, its the dream to establish myself as a doctor in places in need of the help. Rural parts of India, Africa, Mexico.. And start my own cause someday for building schools for practitioners related to the medical field in places most desperate for it, that way rural communities can care for their own without having to travel hundreds of miles for medical care that will bankrupt them for a simple yet life threatening condition.

You guys are incredible, there's too much concentrate wisdom here, I wasn't prepared for all this great advice and support. When weird stuff started to go down last night, my first thought was run and hide, second one was to hop online and cry about it to you guys lol.

She sounds like my idol. You've got a super mom and apparently she's got a pretty amazing son. Are you also in or going towards medical?

Also SUPER cute cat, Paintman, this is my cat. Her name is Derpy and I raise her with my sister, she is perfect if perfect embodied into a cat.
