My brother-in-law bought a rotary phone and hooked it up to a VOIP. Said it works great except for when trying to enter in a phone conference.
He also bought his daughters (8 & 5) a 1960s typewriter. They love it!
 
Hi Bob and Paul. I have records, 8 tracks, cassette tapes and VCR tapes. They will probably never be played again due to no players.

that's cool... on a rotary phone, if you take the receiver off the cradle, you can dial a number by hitting the buttons on top where the handset sits, (hang up buttons...lol) four times for a four, three times for a three etc, etc ,,, and it will dial the number like that...lol.... ( I know, just dumb trivia type stuff)

hi lynn.. hows your morning going so far??.... I still buy albums every so often...good news is that walmart now sales record players again...lol

There is a distinct sound that only a record produces. I’m glad they are selling record players again. It’s funny how some of the things we took for granted as part of life have gone away.

that is so true, that vinyl sound cant be forgotten...lol.... I am actually really glad it is making a comeback...

Dang, missed everybody this morning. Finally was able to sleep after four nights. Eight or nine hours feels really good.
Going to play golf with my brother and our friend today.
