I’m deciding on what project to start next. I want to do some creative stuff but I need to get to some home repair stuff. I get so involved it’s hard to do both.
it can be hard to prioritize sometimes,... I have to force myself to think of the art stuff as an occupation sometimes and work it like an actual job... and then everything else is done on "my" time....lol.... yeah, rarely works out that way though...lol

I’m having my morning tea and starting my day. I’m in eastern MI. It’s looking like rain. How’s the weather in Texas ?
Sounds like the perfect way to start a day. The weather is wild in TX, hahah. One minute is 1,000 degrees, the next it's rainy with a tornado warning, then it's sunny with hail. :p What do you have planned for today?

Great show.
Hi guys, I picked up some poison oak or poison ivy and man is it uncomfortable. The modern version of calamine lotion is helping a bit.:)

I had long sleeve coveralls on and gloves. Helping a friend clear some brush. Best I can figure I folded up my coveralls and got it all over my skin. No sleep.

hi ya paint.... that don't sound like fun, I have poison ivy and poison sumac down one side of the yard that I get into every so often, stuff is terrible and takes weeks to clear up..... good luck with it and don't scratch it...

I've been there, have been covered with it despite long pants/sleeves and gloves. A friend of a friend, a long time farmer, recommended using Lava soap to wash the afflicted area a couple times a day. Seemed to work for me.

As to the poison ivy.....oatmeal baths, hydrocortisone cream, Benadryl to help stop itch and to get some rest. Be sure not to touch the clothes again so you don't get the oil of the plant back on you.
