We don't change until the end of the month so movie night for me will start at 4am for the next three weeks

I really dislike the time change! If I had to choose, I would say I like the fall time change, because of gaining an hour, even though it is an illusion. But I find that it really messes up my sleep schedule, which is already chaotic because I have Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome.
