Those crazy moments....

lol
Small towns. Where everyone knows what kind of toothpaste you use.
When I first moved to a small town I was appalled that the grapevine news knew all about me before I even got there! Seriously! Rent a place on week #1 and by week #2 they could have written a bio on me! lol
Sadly these things are more than true, they even seem to know what your thinking.Children of the damned springs to mind.

Moving to a small country town when your anti-social and paranoid, thinking it would be a private place to disappear from society. How wrong I was.

Moving to the middle of nowhere backwoods 30 miles from the closest town where they are anti-social and paranoid thinking it would be a private place to disappear from society and I was wrong too. Amazing the stories. Just amazing.

Where do you go Darcy, you get more privacy in a big city.Maybe the other side is the only time you get peace, but you have to see the game out first.lol.

I had a choice Atari or Odyssey. Atari had came out with space invaders and all my friends had it and i loved it but I decided i wanted Odyssey because it had some games i thought might be awesome, boy was I wrong, it sucked and I was stuck going over to ppls houses to play Atari when I really didnt want to be around them, just wanted to play space invaders. DAMN! those tormented memories ..
The horror!

LOL Now, Paint, I'm not looking to be the confessional here! I'm talking about things like this:

I'm scared to death of heights. We go to Disney World and my son says, "MOM! Come on! I dare you to go on Space Mountain with me!" I said yes. How bad could it be? It was Disney World, right? **I did NOT know it was a freaking roller coaster! What was I thinkin'?!!"

My friend suggested we go on a short trip to a shop on the beach when I lived in Florida. Sure, storm warnings were out....hurricane warnings in effect to the south but we had plenty of time! As my car floated down the beach road and my crazy friend and I had to be rescued, that was another "What was I thinking" moment!

Got the idea now? :p
i wonder how many moms have been tricked into that space mountain ride!!! Same thing happened to me. I was furious. I am terrified of roller coasters. I almost had a stroke.
