Take me out to the Ballgame....

WOW!
"MLB has historically relied on the century-old "Baseball Rule" to deter and defend against claims of injuries in the crowd from the impact of baseballs and thrown or broken bats. It says on the back of tickets that fans assume the risks incidental to games when they enter ballparks, and courts of law have generally held that as long as teams provide warnings and install netting in the areas of greatest danger, MLB has lived up to its responsibility."

I can't believe how common people being injured is! Then they turn around and say "you were there, your fault." and "provide warnings and install netting" is not clear enough obviously since they are just beginning to put more netting. And a warning on the back of a ticket is a sneaky warning in my opinion. Should be written on the freaking seats.

Thanks for the video. The Babe was one of a kind and he came to baseball at the right time. Things DO happen for a reason.

It's great to see baseball again. Two games into Spring training and I'm loving it. I just wish every game was televised.

OK, boys and girls. Announce your teams and let's play ball!

Chicago White Sox pitchers Hamilton and Burr perform a skit during spring training. And for you history buffs we also signed John Jay this year.:)
