Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from a "mother" which is a special type of bacteria. It's a bit vinegary and fizzy and not that sweet. I like it pretty well, but I prefer it mixed with chia seeds and fruit purée. You can get it in the produce isle of most grocery stores as well as health food or natural food places. It's an acquired taste. I like the synergy brand best. Some of my friends make it. It's supposed to be good for natural energy and detoxing.

And I got no points on this list. I'll eat all of the things!!

I agree with you about Kombucha. The Synergy brand is made by "GT," I especially like their Gingerade. It's great to keep on hand for nausea or upset stomach, settles things down very quickly.

Oh, I'm a 1 on that list, I will not eat beets. Not saying I like all the others, but I can and have eaten everything else on the list.

I used to hate beets, but found that if they are pickled I like them fine! I like to put them in a tossed salad.

I grew up learning to eat everything,if you didn't eat your dinner it would get taken away.I cant understand people now offering different family members different dinners.Mum would just say, 'its not a bloody restaurant',so I learned to try everything and liked most food.

Oz, yes. I tried it like a good sport and it wasn't for me. I've pretty much tried every seafood done every which way. I will do perch. - boned and buttered, but only at a few specific restaurants. Also heavily breaded Whitefish at the Friday fish fry.:)
But thank you for your concern regarding my culinary well-being.:p

Much more eloquently stated than my, "I hate it!" comment.
