I agree with Herbal Jaguar that you should consider building an energy shielding around you at times when you do not want to have spirit communications.

I’m sorry to hear that your friend died so violently and then seemed to have shared the events with you psychically. Herbal Jaguar is probably right that if you communicate with your friend again, she might need your help to move on into the light. If you think you have received all of the information your friend wanted to share with you, then tell her that is true.

My reason for stating shields is the fact Xera has stated the visions were extremely graphic in nature and she was repeatedly seeing and suffering from them. She now has "seen" and no longer needs to keep "seeing" the event. The message was received. From here, it's time for her to shield from the constant onslaught of of the negative and violence, and be able to reassure her late friend that it is time to let go and move on.

Once a very negative message has been received, we can tell the person sending it we are holding them in love, that we understand the violence, and then take the next step. We don't shield from the person, just the vision that is like a nightmare on repeat.

Yes I agree it was difficult to tell if she meant she still gets the same vision or different visions for me. A bit of a miscommunication.
