Alpine lake. (fewer bugs, 4 seasons, dry.) But then you can drive to lower elevations and have warm enough temps to do stuff . It's imperative that I live no further than 20 minutes away from a KFC.

Something close to the beach because I love the coastal climate but also close to a lot of places of interest. I've lived in a rural area my whole life and it's a burden to go out anywhere. The nearest McDonald's is a 30 minute drive from me
