I believe that reading a hand written letter has the same qualities. You can sense what the writer was thinking as you read a hand written letterIt's hard to explain, but writing is so much different than typing. There are many studies about the skills and brain functions of writing by hand versus typing too. You learn better and it helps with other cognitive functions as well. When I write, even if I am just practicing, it is like meditation just producing the letters or trying a new "font" out.
Yes, and you feel so good when you receive a hand-written letter, and even think to yourself wow, this person really took the time to write to me, not just hit a smiley on a Facebook page or whatever.I believe that reading a hand written letter has the same qualities. I spent 130 on a pen last year and it’s already a little dinged up. But hey, it still looks beautiful and it’s the only pen I own aside from a couple uniball pensholy cow, theres some expensive pens out there....in my younger years ive spent less on an entire car than what some of these cost...lol.... honestly I would be afraid to use them if I paid that much for one....cause I know I would lose it at some point.....maybe if I was a C.E.O or high level businessman, but im no professional so couldn't justify (or afford) it.......although I have been guilty of paying too much for drafting pencil sets, but nothing like some of these...lol

Hey, the moment I use that glass breaker in an emergency I’m gonna mess up the coating. May as well do a little wear now so in the back of my mind I’m not hesitant when I have to smash a window out of a burning car or something.Yeah, and since it's a tactical pen, a few "battle scars" are expected!
Just backed a cool little pen on Kickstarter - The KOSMOS ink - Magnetic Fountain Pen. It's a nice streamlined pen with no threads for the cap, it is held on by magnets.
