I wish to recall a story that happened back in the 1990's when I was a kid. I used to see an apparition of an elderly lady at the foot of my bed, she'd sit there sometimes looking at me, and other times with her pet cats also in spirit. I used to tell my parents about this occurrence, they were unsure if it was just my imagination possibly. Well, my brother claims he got up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, and he saw the lady in my bedroom as he walked passed my room. Years later when we moved out we never informed the new residents about the activity in my former room. The new residents son moved into my room, and sure enough we later heard he too had seen the ghostly figure of this elderly woman and her pet cats. Which provides validation to my claim. Research of that particular house has stated that there was indeed an elderly lady who used to reside in that house, and she had pet cats, which she'd bury in the back garden after they'd passed away. As for the lady it's unclear if she died there or not.

I believe you. I have lived in 3 haunted houses. The last one I sold I was invited back to visit about 6 months after the sale. I never mentioned the two spirits that occasionally would show up there, so was surprised when the new owner casually said, "So, who are the two ghosts that live here?" Luckily, she was good with it, but it did provide outside confirmation of the experiences there.

Thanks for the response Debi, I've had many paranormal experiences happen, I've also seen the spirit of a young child, shadow people too. I've always been a sensitive. Thanks for sharing your story too.
