Yes, that is correct, Wands. The object must physically manifest to be considered an apport. Now, there have been cases of objects being moved by apport from one room to another almost instantly. But it physically leaves sight to reappear elsewhere. It sounds like you have described that when an object is apported, it actual disappears and then later, someatimes much later, reappears. Is that a reasonable description?

The glasses are the only thing that I actually saw with my own eyes fall out of the air. It still amazes me to think of it.This could come in handy during the Christmas season. I want to learn that trick. If something materialized before my eyes, now that would freak me out.
Amen to thatYou’re right 7; shopping would be a breeze if we could force objects to apport on demand.
Since the term is new to me, my present belief/interpretation is that a spirit does the apporting of stuff. So instead of hiring a “personal shopper”, I guess we would instead “invoke a spirit shopper”.
Someone who knows how to make this happen, please let us know soon. I’d like to finish my “Christmas apporting” as early as possible.
I’m seeing a lovely combination here. You have rings that represent love and eturnity along with the coin that may represent a linage or people you belong to. A place of origin. United together it makes quite a life affirming symbol to carry with you! No accident I think.I certainly do Lynne.
I’m hoping that in the next few weeks I might get access to my Dad’s (also deceased) wedding band. There is a small chance it might be among some recently discovered personal items of his.
If I am so very lucky that this is true, I’ll wear them both on this chain for forever.

The fact that my hubby saw it too was so validatingSweet Mother of Everything! I’d be in tears and dirty shorts if that came out of nowhere in front of me Lynne.
You are so lucky you saw that ... and you got your glasses back too.
