Are you attracted to certain colors? Does your wardrobe color choice speak something about you? Do room colors affect our mood? Chromotherapy, or Color Therapy, has been around for a very long time. It's been scientifically proven that colors can and do affect our moods and emotions, and our color preferences may actually speak of our needs for specific energies in our life.
A friend of mine tells the tale of assuming her mother loved yellow. They always bought her things in yellow, down to the kitchen drapes. One day her mom asked if she could please, please, have something in a different color, much to the daughter's dismay! When asked why, since yellow was her favorite color, the mom replied, "I don't know why you kids think it's my favorite color, or why you associate it with me, but I actually hate it!" Dottie was a bright, happy, upbeat person and somehow the kids were "seeing" her as the sunshine color!

So, what colors attract you? What colors do you avoid? Is your wardrobe pretty much a basic of a few colors, or does it look like a rainbow of choices? Do people "see" you as associated with a certain color?
