An unexpected customer made a visit to an Eagle River store on Wednesday afternoon. Employees of Cozy Carpet Interiors say a black bear entered the store around lunchtime.


Store manager Trisha Toenes managed to capture a short video of the experience before her phone ran out of memory space.
