Weird "Worm" UFO

The original article says the UFO was "flying," the C2C article says it was "lingering." I would bet it was descending. There is what looks like an instrumentation package at the bottom of the object, what you'd expect to see on a high altitude weather or research balloon. I'd bet this is a deflated balloon of some type.

Thought about the same thing on this one. Uh oh.....I may be picking up "Duke" skills...lol
 
Yep it looked like someone e filled some plastic packaging with Helium and tied off the bottom.
