I agree Selectric, the Ocean and lakes are good places to cross over with a small percentage of people seeing them. Makes sense to me, also underwater bases would be a good place to hide. It also seems that other paranormal activity occurs near water too. David Pilates and Steph Young mention this a lot in their material.
