Soup time!

Campbell's Tomato and Lipton Chicken Noodle. Very strong childhood memories. There were more, but these were what I loved the most. Still do.

Mrs Duke makes a pot of soup every couple of week from fall through the spring. This weekend she made cheeseburger soup, a few weeks back it was some Italian chicken soup. My two favorites she makes are white chili and black bean. Least favorite if creamy asparagus.

I should point out she does not use recipes, she wings it with what she has available. No two pots of the same soup taste exactly alike.

Some of the soups I've made are thick like a stew, what is the difference?

My chicken soup is usually more like a stew, and I add more broth if I want it more soup like.
