The mere suggestion by a top government official that “aliens” could explain some UFO activity is the latest example of the government’s striking shift in tone regarding this issue.

It appears there is an admission that some of these things cannot be explained as human made objects. They have normally shied away from admitting this, so as the current director leaves he seems to have made an admission that "something" really is out there. He waited until he was retiring lol. The worlds security is a lot to risk without saying anything to the public even for someone with a high clearance. I think we are being watched, no doubt. I just hope they don't decide to wipe us out .

The remarks about the 'response' to Erik's question certainly points towards intelligence of some nature. AI or alien or foreign or something not quite thought of yet.
