The basis of science is to learn something and share that with others. Has Bigelow ever released data his team found on the ranch? It's not like that data would make anyone ultra rich. It's data that should be shared and not hidden away somewhere. The present team is sharing their data with all the watchers and with all those who have been helping them which is the way things should run.

Have you read the Skinwalker book Kelleher and Knapp did back 20 years or so ago? Col John Alexander also talked about his experiences at Skinwalker in one of his books. Depends on what you mean by "data," but the research conducted/covered in both of those were released while Bigelow still owned the property.

Not the science data, Duke. Bigalow has stated that the science data was not to be released. I'm assuming that may be because it was the government funding the program. Experiences he has OK'd, and Knapp et al have released that, including Alexander. But the science data and specifics as to what experiments were done have been a no go. Bigalow has also stated he will not set foot back on the ranch again.

Bigelow was a military/government contractor. So they don't have to release anything and probably signed non disclosure agreements. This is the governments way around freedom of information act. Using contractors allows for lots of government secrecy.
