I get busted her all the time for some of my local "country folk" sayings that people seem to have never heard before. I'll start with a few for ya then share with me a few from your neck of the woods!

That mud is "slicker than owl shit."

My day was "finer than frog hair."

Did you "doctor" that cold yet?
 
I'm also looking for those strange city and road names we of the country folk have. Like Beaver Bottom....a lake I used to fish at. Anybody got any of those?
