Russia’s Putin & Medvedev Both Mention “The Men In Black.” Who Are These “People”?

Interesting reading. I wonder if the MIB are time fixers. They appear and diaaapear and seem to have 1950-1960 new cars. Could that be the era we discovered something in the future that had to be changed to save the world or that was the time we got time travel abilities? If so maybe that's the jumping off point for the time adjustments that we are now realizing in our time line. This would account for their retro vehicles and cloths. An interesting note is the black eyed kids are always described wearing out of date cloths too. Also the Mandella effects. Are these happenings connected? Food for thought.
