Man recounts BF sightings

I always wonder why some people have so many experiences. Seeing a BF is extremely rare but seeing one 8 times as reported in this article makes me ponder the idea. Is he lying? Is BF part of the paranormal and once tagged you have more experiences? Is he just living in areas that increase his odds of experiencing the creature? I don't know what to think, I remain open minded about if this guy is legit.
