I wasn't offended in any way at all Lynne. I am not an official bad boy Occultist; but, from what little I know, I believe that material parts of the occult intersect with the paranormal. It's not all bad.
Right but I see how that might have upset some. It was a bad choice of words.
Did a table tip. Was real. Entity said he was Jesus.
Jesus don't play parlor tricks.
You certain the entity was implying “The Christ”...could it instead have been an entity with the more common name that sounds like “hey-Seuss”?
The closest I had to a seance was with a ouija board. That went downhill very quickly.
Those darn boards. Trouble makers !
Paint told us about this one awhile back. The entity was trying to deceive, and Paint and his group knew it. As he said, Jesus doesn't do parlor tricks like table tapping! lol However, watching a table tapping session can be a bit unnerving.
This sounds similar to somethings that I've seen. Since I'm not well versed in this, what exactly does a seance involve?
Hi Edge! (Since we have two "Souls" here I'm going to use Edge if that's OK for quick typing, hon.)
A seance normally involves several people together and led by a psychic or "channel" who will receive messages from spirits called forth from the other side. The channel either then tells the others what the spirit's messages are or may use something like table tapping for the spirits to "spell it out" themselves as yes or no "taps".
