I know entities can move things but because this could have easily be faked you'd have to have been there. I still think people should put these things up if genuine though.

I didn't see a video here; did I miss it somewhere in the article? I just saw pics of the chair in front of the window. My first thought was the same as the article indicates that either it was a fishing line being used through the window or it was the wind. Lots of crazy stuff comes from south America I will agree. I don't think there is enough evidence to prove this one.
