And this is why we do a daylight Risk Assessment prior to any investigation we undertake during the night.

It also raises the point of more and more investigators coming into 'ghost hunting' these days who are comfortable with trespassing............ and making things more 'difficult' for those of us who actually follow the protocol of asking landowners first.

What's the bet that they also did not have any Liability Insurance to cover the damages they caused.........
