I remember the original movie. A bad idea to have a NDE.

As for consiousness, I agree it goes on. I believe our consciousness is seated outside the body. I think of the brain as the receiver like a radio.

OK, so the way they describe this, they are actually describing an NDE. So, who says that consciousness is still in the body? (I'm with Lynne on the receiver theory)

I'll never watch the remake....The original wasn't very good, except for Kevin's Kaiser Jeep 715....I saw the film at the theatre, and at the time, thought how awesome it would be to have a truck like that.
