Dulce secret ufo base?

I’ve seen the guy that made the claims on tv and he came off as believable. I certainly hope he is lieing because the claims of people being expiromented on are horrific. There seems to be something to this base location because it is watched by govt agents. What is actually going on is a mystery but I dont put anything past people with a lot of power.
