Based on evolution theory, I'd say they could more or less look like us. Depends on what their environment is like as, so they could also look really messed up compared to us. They could even look like single-celled organisms, still technically "alien" if they aren't from Earth.

Similar, but not the same. The head is a lot shorter and wider; heavy brow ridge; high, pronounced cheekbones; square jaw with short chin; cloudy dark eyes; looks like strange veining on the neck.
