Caravan to Midnight is making an emergency network plan of their own.

It is considered “Civil Defence” when a group is organised to execute a refugee flight plan in an emergency situation. CTM and our members are preparing to create an Emergency Plan for Americans.
By becoming part of the CTM Emergency plan, you become part of a plan that will function legally according to international Civil Defence Law.
We require volunteers countrywide who are personally prepared and willing to receive and provide training in order to be able to manage people, logistics, infrastructure, security etc.
We require volunteers countrywide to assist in developing emergency evacuation procedures and communication strategies.
We require the setting up of safe zones & food & water storage.
