Clwn siting in Albuquerque

This guy has a screw loose. The scary part is he looks like a normal guy out of costume and is not a teenager. He says he likes to make people laugh but knows that particular clown is from a horror film. To just hang out In the park dressed like that is to know you’re gonna scare people. He likes that and that makes him awful. He’s enjoying that. What a strange jerk.
