FEMA and FCC nationwide alert test scheduled for Oct. 4

On Oct. 4, FEMA and the FCC will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System and Wireless Emergency Alerts. Test messages will be sent to All TVs, radios and cell phones
