Well, I'm about to head out...again! lol I have to get some heat on a shoulder that I can't use tonight. I have no idea why the arthritis decided that particular shoulder would be the target for tonight, but dang...we are gonna see if I can sleep on my back tonight cuz rolling left won't work!
