I attended a lecture by a drug researcher at Vanderbilt who stated that the funding for cancer cures was nearly non existent because the drug companys would rather treat cancer as a chronic condition. In other words Why sell an once of cure when you can sell pounds of palliative.

yes now a chronic illness wth expensive meds required n a regular basis to keep cancer at bay
