10/20/2015 - David Jacobs (re-do)

Im gonna have to check out the megaliths show. That was another passion of mine.
 
I have always been curious if a type 0 civ could detect a type 2 civ. Would we not at least need to be a type 2 civ ourselves?

But okay, well how we know what it is? I am a natural skeptic. Now it helps that Dr. Kaku thinks this is important.

thats my take, JR. we don't know what it is, but it something very big. I can't make the leap to believing it is alien structures without proof. Just eliminating things we know it "isn't", doesn't mean it can only be alien.
