Flu outbreak

Virginia has been hard with flu as well. Healthy living :) has kept me off the flu list. Ha ! Maybe the flu shot worked for me. I have heard that they guessed wrong this year.
 
Missouri, too, is being ravished by the flu. There have been many people out for two+ weeks just at my small place of employment.

Remember both Debi's and My predictions about this??? Wow, the radio is just now talking about how the flu vaccine is only effective in 10% of the people in the U.S.A. and Australia....

Yet they keep saying "get a flu shot!" To what purpose, may I ask? It is ineffective this round and in some cases could make it worse if you are already coming down with it and don't know it! It also takes LONGER than two weeks to build the immunity, dispite what they are hyping. This is a case of get rid of the serum for big pharma.

Which sounds suspiciously like the flu to me!
 
I haven’t heard of MI being hit as hard. This is scary stuff.
