Yes your honor, I saw it all clearly..... The kids of the neighborhood were all runnining and dancing with frosty, who was singing in the street and having a merry old time. When out of nowhere THIS crazy guy runs out and torches frosty down....oh the horror of it all, there was a river of water running down the road and chunks of semi frozen snow all around... But the screams, the horrible screams of " I'm melting" will forever haunt my dreams....I meen, what kind of sick bas**** would do such a thing.......
